After these changes, we ensure that you will no longer need to fear the possibility of your recipient’s bank account being frozen.
As we realized this was quite a concern within our user base, we made it our utmost priority to find a solution and ensure you get the safest money transfer experience.
Here are also a few notes you need to remember:
- Your recipient bank account should be able to receive transfers via remittance.
- Recipients must be 18 years old or above.
- Recipient’s ID number must be valid.
- Each recipient can only receive 3 transfers daily and a total of 5 monthly
- If you need to make more transactions to the same recipient, you may enjoy our Alipay, UnionPay, WeChat Pay, or USD Bank Transfer services.
